To declare your cancellation:
Any cancellation must be immediately notified to VACANCEOLE VOYAGES by registered letter with a return receipt or by email [email protected], your email will be processed within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation as well as the fees withheld from your stay.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance: you must notify VACANCEOLE VOYAGES of your cancellation by registered letter or by email: [email protected].

Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the provision of accommodation, transport, restaurant and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or according to a specific frequency.

No, promotions are not retroactive.
You cannot take advantage of a promotional offer that occurs after you have made your reservation.

For any reservation of additional services (car park, TV rental, bed linen, dogs...) you can contact the residence directly in order to book these services. They will be payable at the time of booking or on site at your arrival.
Half-board or full-board, ski passes and ski equipment can be booked on the internet or through your booking office at the same time as your accommodation. You can also add them before your stay with our central booking office.

For babies, the age taken into consideration is the one on the first day of the stay. An identity document may be requested to validate these conditions of occupation.
A disabled accommodation is an accommodation suitable for disabled people.
Paper holiday vouchers and connect holiday vouchers (note: e-holiday vouchers are not accepted): holiday vouchers must be valid at the time of use.

Paper holiday vouchers must be made out to VACANCEOLE VOYAGES and sent to 54 Voie Albert Einstein Bâtiment ERIS, 73800 Porte-de-Savoie
It is advisable to send them to us by secure mail (e.g. registered mail or Chronopost depending on the value of the holiday vouchers). Declared value shipments are not accepted). VACANCEOLE VOYAGES cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt due to the loss or theft of the vouchers.
In accordance with the regulations, no refund will be made if the amount of the paper holiday vouchers is greater than the balance to be paid.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in holiday vouchers will not be reimbursed. A credit note for a future stay may be issued.
You don't need any documents:
Upon your arrival at the VACANCEOLE residence our reception team will ask you for an identity document and the name of the reservation holder. You can optionally present your booking contract which you will have kept digitally.
Arrivals are from 5pm.
Departures are made until 10am.
In case of late arrivals or when the residence is closed, it is imperative to contact the residence where you plan to stay to find out the procedure for keys delivery. You can find the contact details of the residence and opening hours in our section "contact details of establishments".
Animals are welcome in many of our establishments*. Depending on the length of your stay, a contribution will be asked for your pet (10€ per day or 46€ per week). A maximum of one animal is allowed per accommodation. Concerning dogs, categories 1 and 2 are however forbidden.

If you go to the village of the birds or to the domain of Camiole know that for all the formulas of stay the sheets and the towels of toilets are provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay, excluding the kitchen area, is also included.
On the day of arrival, a deposit of between 300€ and 900€ (depending on the destination) is required and returned on departure, after payment of optional services and deduction of any costs retained for damage to the accommodation or equipment rented during the stay. A state of the apartment is scheduled on the day of departure. For the arrival it will be proposed to the customer to carry it out himself, by asking him to announce the same day, to the direction or to the person in charge for the reception, the possible defects noticed.
Tourist tax: this tax is regulated and must be paid to the commune, through VACANCÉOLE VOYAGES. It varies according to the place and the period of the stay and must be paid on site.
If you wish to welcome guests during your stay, we will do our best to meet your expectations. To do so, you must make a request directly on the spot, to the reception team of the site. Your guests will be welcome as soon as you have obtained their agreement.
In case your guests wish to sleep, a supplement will be asked for. However, you will still need to obtain the site's agreement beforehand. In particular, the site reception team will check that the total number of people does not exceed the standards allowed for your accommodation. Everyone's safety is paramount. If this is the case, the site will offer a room to your guests according to availability.
