We suggest you explore the village of Ota, not far from Porto, from where you can access the Gorges of Spelunca! Magnificent cliffs of more than 1000 m height and extending over 2 km between the villages of Ota and Esvisa, and which in some places plunge into the rivers of Tavulella, Aitone and Onca! This breathtaking and colourful backdrop is worth a visit and is very close to your holiday home in Porto! 

For those who like walking, there is a hike called Tra Mare e Monti which links Ota and Evisa in a round trip that takes at least 6 hours, and which will allow you to observe the Spelunca Gorges from the top of two magnificent bridges.
