A stay in the Sybelles ski area: a thrilling destination!

The Sybelles ski area is the 4th biggest ski area in France, with its 136 ski slopes or 85 miles to ski: will you complete them all? Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves itself has 41 slopes allowing you to cover more than 1000 metres in altitude between the highest slope and the lowest point in the resort: enough to give you some fun for a while before having to take a chairlift up again!

There is something for every preference and level from beginner to advanced; there are also freeriding options and a snowpark for those who want to try out some great tricks. (Will you try a backflip? Consider the powder at reception!)

It's not just downhill skiing that counts: there are also 35 miles of Nordic ski trails in Saint-Sorlin. Whether you prefer classic or skate cross-country skiing, you will have plenty to do!

Book your ski equipment at the same time as your holiday rental

Also, if you book your accommodation on the website or with our call centre, you can also book your ski equipment! It's our "All-Inclusive" ski. You will receive a voucher by email a few days before your arrival. On the day of your arrival, all you have to do is go to the partner store near the residence to choose your skis, boots or snowboard. Depending on the length of your stay, you will even get a discount on the price of your equipment. Already an expert and just want to get started? Residence Le Hameau de l'Alpage*** is ideally located just 250 m from the shops. It is situated in the Pierre Aïgue area and only a 10-minute walk from the Plan du Moulin Express chairlift. It's so convenient not to have to take the car to go skiing!

All the apartments are designed to give you a good ski holiday:

• Living room with pull-out sofa bed and TV.
• Kitchen area with job, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
• Free outdoor parking
• If you have a small child, you can also request a cot and high chair at reception, subject to availability.

You will have a certain number of options so your rental meets your needs, like end-of-stay housekeeping, sheets and towels... Pets are accepted (1 maximum per apartment for an additional fee). All apartments have balconies so you can enjoy the view.

You'll have free Wi-Fi at reception, so you can post Instagram photos of your best tricks (or best falls in the powder!).

Skiing is far from the only activity to do in the mountains! In winter you can go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and eat raclette (what, it's not a sport?!).

In spring and summer, the mountain sunshine will make you want to explore the peaks in a different way through all the hikes available. We recommend the routes to the Aiguilles d'Arves with their breathtaking panorama!

You can also go for a ride on a donkey, complete the Acro'Jump treetop trail, do some archery... This is an opportunity to try some activities that may be new to you!

Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves has exceptional sunshine and snow cover, so you can have fun in any season. The village faces the superb Aiguilles d'Arves. These majestic mountains can be explored up close in the summer thanks to hikes that take you right up to the peaks!

On days when you don't feel sporty, you can visit the Musée de la Vie d'Autrefois museum, the Arves cheese factory, the baroque church of Saint Saturnin and more... You can also swim or sunbathe at the Choseaux lake and send your children out to have fun on the inflatable structure.
