Drop your anchor at the Residence Carre Marine***, located nearby the stunning Mandelieu-La-Napoule marina. You’ll be welcomed (with or without your boat) for a stay just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The view always looks good, out over the marina or the Massif de l'Esterel. Take advantage of your holidays on the Cote d’Azur to perfect your tan, or discover the Bay of Cannes and the rest of the region. Ideally located, the Residence Carre Marine*** ticks all the boxes for a perfect holiday beside the Mediterranean Sea!
The Residence Carre Marine*** has taken care of everything to welcome you to our way of life in the South of France, with our 3 types of holiday apartments in Mandelieu-La Napoule. With 2- and 3-bedroom apartments able to welcome from 4 to 6 people, come and enjoy your stay with family or friends! Double, single, twin, or fold out sofa beds, there’s space for everyone! The apartments also boast the following facilities:
So you can make the most of your stay at our Residence Carre Marine***, you’ll also find:
The residence has a laundrette and your rental includes a parking space. Pets are allowed. And finally, we haven’t forgotten about:
The mimosa capital makes an ideal starting point for exploring the Cote d’Azur. There are some unmissable stop offs just 30 minutes to an hour’s drive away, from Saint Tropez to Monaco - passing through Antibes.
Talking about the famous peninsula, a surprisingly untouched landscape allows you to stretch your legs. Perfect after lounging besides the pool at your Mandelieu-La Napoule accommodation all day! Don’t be fooled by the name: the Tirepoil coastal path in Antibes is actually very poetic.
Just as untouched, the Lerins islands are located right opposite Mandelieu. From Port La Napoule, you can visit Sainte Marguerite Island. You’ll be spoilt for choice between swimming and walks, with around 20km of trails on offer. Then, take a trip round the Fort Royal Museum of the Sea, where you’ll go down to some gloomy dungeons...
Explore the Provence backcountry, from Mandelieu-La Napoule. Several noteworthy villages are located nearby, one of which is Roquebrune-sur-Argens. A real rustic gem, medieval by choice, it’s the perfect village for stocking up on sumptuous artisanal produce.
Mandelieu-La Napoule owes its reputation in part to its natural surroundings. Located right beside the sea, but also at the foot of the Esterel Massif, a huge collection of peaks, coves, gorges and ravines, all in shades of red. Believers in the law of least effort can follow the sublime Corniche d’Or, a 30km road of beautiful scenery.
Even closer is Theoule-sur-Mer, where you can do one of the most beautiful walks in the region. Head for la Pointe de l’Aiguille to admire the spectacular views amongst the jagged rocks and lush Mediterranean greenery.
In Mandelieu, head for the Napoule castle, a real gem with a sumptuous interior and superb gardens.
Take a tip from the old sea dogs and discover the Cote d’Azur’s best kept secret.
You can visit Monaco without getting stuck in the horrendous traffic jams on route. Travel by boat, straight from the La Napoule port! The stop off at the prestigious rock lasts 5 hours, long enough to take in one of the most luxurious ports in the world, the Prince’s palace or the excellent Oceanographic Museum.
The surrounding beaches are easily accessible from your Mandelieu-La Napoule accommodation. Public or private, there are seven in total, but the seaside resort also has plenty of coves on offer for adventurous types looking for a more private spot.
Here, water sports are a must, of course (on the water, in the water, or under the water), and there’s something for everyone:
Back on dry land, you’ll find walking routes and horse-riding trails, along with mountain biking around the Esterel Massif.
Recharge your batteries by stocking the fridge up with local products, from the Termes Market in Mandelieu (every Wednesday). Draw inspiration from the market before continuing on to Grasse, 20 minutes away, to take part in a perfume making workshop. For the price of a small bottle, the prestigious Molinard perfume house will teach you to create your own fragrance.
Now you too can spend environmentally friendly holidays in the Cote d’Azur! The Residence Carre Marine*** is committed to sustainable development: the Vacanceole Group has put in place a CSR policy (Corporate Social Responsibility), in order to limit the impact of its activity on the environment). You’ll see it in action, in our water and energy saving measures, for instance. A large part of this sustainable tourism initiative requires your active participation.
Rest assured, we couldn’t make it any easier for you, we’re talking about the recycling area! So as not to forget, there is a small guide available in your Carre Marine*** holiday apartment. Together, we can work to protect the precious natural landscapes of Mandelieu-La Napoule, and help take care of our planet, even on holiday!

In the center of Pégomas, on the banks of the Siagne river, this family restaurant will propose you a bistro cuisine with fresh local and quality products! Its tartars are delicious, its meat exquisite and its grills perfect! Its partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunny days!
Le Bois des Lutins invites your children (and maybe you too?) to visit the elves' tree houses by going from monkey bridges to giant slides, climbing trees and crawling through the underground troll village ... Another atmosphere just as playful but completely crazy, that of the Village des Fous (Crazy Village) designed by scientists... crazy! Sensational games, water games, intelligence games...
Antibes promises you beautiful strolls along and inside its ramparts: the Grimaldi castle sheltering the Picasso museum, the fort Carré, the cathedral, the craft and artist stores, the Garoupe lighthouse from where the view extends to Nice on one side and Cannes and the Lérins islands on the other side are as many beautiful discoveries.
